MRI PARTNERS LLC provides computer systems design, integration, cloud engineering, security, data, and related technical services. Each engagement is governed by a separate agreement defining scope, deliverables, and fees.
Website content is owned by MRI PARTNERS LLC. Work product ownership transfers to clients per the applicable agreement upon full payment.
Clients must provide accurate information, grant access, provide timely feedback, and pay fees as agreed.
Fees are defined per agreement. Invoices due within 30 days. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest.
Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. This obligation survives termination.
Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Either party may terminate per the agreement. Client pays for services rendered through termination.
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved in Pinellas County, Florida.
